Terms of Sale

By purchasing artwork from this website/store, the buyer agrees to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Copyright

• The buyer is purchasing physical ownership of the artwork only.

• Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the Artist unless explicitly transferred in writing.

2. Non-Commercial Use

• Artwork purchased is for personal, non-commercial display only.

• It may not be copied, distributed, altered, resold digitally, or used for commercial purposes (e.g., branding, merchandise, or promotion) without the Artist’s written consent.

3. Resale Royalty

• If the artwork is resold in the future, the original buyer (and any future owners) agree to pay the Artist a 5% resale royalty, based on the final resale price.

• This obligation follows the artwork and applies to all future resales.

4. Shipping & Handling

• The Artist is not liable for delays or damage during shipping. Buyers must inspect artwork upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days.

5. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from its listing.

• Refunds or replacements are at the Artist’s discretion.

6. Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable)

• Where provided, a certificate of authenticity will accompany the artwork and must remain with the piece if resold.

7. Agreement to Terms

• By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
